DELIVERY

1.Please do not insist on a specific cargo; we only work with reliable and accommodating cargo carriers (DHL).

2.The delivery fee for each parcel is $19. (Fixed Price)

3.After payment confirmation, your package will be dispatched within one or two business days.

4. It will take a maximum of four business days to receive your product.

5. As soon as we ship your item, we’ll provide you a PDF file with the barcode so you can monitor it using this link: https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking.html .

6. There is no weekend delivery service. Your order will be forwarded on Monday if you place it after Friday afternoon or over the weekend.

7. Since we ship items as cosmetics, nobody can see what’s inside the packages. (Privacy)
